History Revisited

Latest News

The Museum is closed at present except for special events, while spring cleaning and exhibition preparation go on before re-opening in March - but there is work going on behind the scenes all year round, and more volunteers are always welcome. The Local Heritage Resource Centre is still open at the usual hours - details in the Resource Centre section.

FINDS IDENTIFICATION DAY

Friday 16th February at the Museum, 1pm - 4pm

Have you found an interesting object on a walk which might be 300+ years old, or turned up an old coin in your back garden or on your local beach? Recording the site as well as the object can add to archaeological information about an area, and Wil Partridge, Devon & Somerset Finds Liaison Officer, will be here to identify and record local finds.
